The objective of this program is to provide a young man with a highly structured, eye-opening and life-changing experience. The guides will include a former Marine and CIA officer, a wilderness specialist and other strong, caring men involved in their communities and recognized for making a difference in the lives of young men. Our team members will impart important lessons garnered through military experiences, leadership training, practice of their faith and work with young adults. This journey is designed to support the participant in becoming a productive, thoughtful and engaged member of society.
The personal transformation of one young man at a time can create a legion of future role models who can affect change on a greater scale.
The program includes two phases beginning with an intensive domestic mission in Pennsylvania wilderness for a week to ten days, followed by a two-week international mission focused on a humanitarian relief project. Collectively this experience will test physical limits, emphasize the practice of discipline, expand awareness of surroundings and one’s role in it, resulting in thoughtful actions and purpose-driven reasoning.
Challenging your inner limits is the beginning of self-awareness. In Phase 1, participants will learn basic wilderness skills and will begin to explore the principles of service by helping local charities. There will be fireside discussions facilitated by community leaders and strong male role models.Phase I: Domestic
Helping others in time of need builds character. In Phase II, the participant will be challenged to push his inner limits and to learn the benefits and importance of working as a team and providing important service work for the good of others within and beyond their community.Phase II: Abroad
